Lafayette Elementary School is one of four schools selected for Phase I of the School District of Lancaster's Master Plan to renovate all schools in the district. For this school, I managed a small team in the production of a 34,000 SF addition and 60,000 SF of renovations. The addition included a new main entrance, gymnasium, and kindergarten classrooms.
